For the past 20 years, she has facilitated and moderated hundreds of cutting-edge innovation sessions for Fortune 500 Companies and designed facilitation training programs which she has delivered around the globe. Susan received her degree in Communications from the University of Illinois, studied improv at Josephine Forsberg’s Players Workshop of the Second City, and has received certifications in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods, FourSight™ Creative Thinking System, and InviteChange’s Credentialed Coach Pathway. She has also taught at several international creativity conferences, including the Creative Problem Solving Institute, Florida Creativity Weekend and ACRE/EDU in South Africa.

Marta earned a M.Sc. in Creativity, Creative Problem Solving, and Change Leadership from State University of New York. She has served QRCA in many roles, Co-Chairing the first ever 2021 QRCA Virtual Annual Conference. She was the featured opening speaker for the QRCA 2022 conference. Marta is a QRCA 2015 Maryanne Pflug Award Winner.

Chris Kann’s marketing career spans over 35 years, beginning in corporate marketing roles, and including over 25 years as Principal and Owner of CSK Marketing, Inc., a market research consulting firm with an emphasis on custom qualitative research solutions. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

Chris is a Past President, Board member and Conference Co-Chair of QRCA (the Qualitative Research Consultants Association) and is a frequent presenter and published author on marketing and research topics. 

Chris is also a Registered Corporate Coach™ and presents her perspectives on career success and leadership on webinars and at leadership retreats, as well as at the CPSI (Creative Problem Solving Institute) Conference. Between 2013 and 2017, she was the Host of Mind Body Spirit Living, a lifestyle radio show and podcast with over 200 episodes available on iTunes Podcasts.
