After stumbling into a design thinking workshop while working in healthcare IT, Margot found her passion in the field of UX and design research. Since that happy accident, she's gone on to complete my Master’s in Human Factors and Information Design at Bentley University and currently work as a Research Lead for HubSpot’s Growth team. She is happiest when working with others to explore challenging white space design problems.
