Kay Corry Aubrey is an independent usability consultant and trainer from the Boston area and has been in the field since 1991. Kay particularly enjoys working with organizations who use technology to build community. Her recent customers have included Nuance Communications, HP, US Air Force, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, Stanley Black and Decker, and Sivantos. Kay trains product managers and market researchers in UX and teaches within Northeastern University’s Healthcare Informatics program. She is a RIVA-certified Master Moderator and Trainer where she teaches RIVA 221 Principles of Usability Testing and UX Research. Kay has been a member of the QRCA since 2007 and has served on numerous committees including the VIEWS editorial team and Industry Relations where she is the liason between the QRCA and the Market Research Society of the UK.
