Bob Walker is the CEO and Founder of Surveys & Forecasts, a research and insights firm that leverages customer feedback in the innovation and new product development process.  As a QRCA member, he partners with qualitative researchers on hybrid qual/quant projects.

Previously to the founding of his research firm in 1994, he led research and innovation teams at Unilever and P&G.  Bob received a BA in experimental and social psychology from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA in marketing from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire.
