Lauren McCluskey is vice president of qualitative research at Magid, a human-centered growth strategy company. Her areas of expertise include packaging and shopper insights, brand equity studies, segmentation, positioning and brand migration initiatives.
A qualitative researcher with 20+ years of experience, Lauren has an innate curiosity about consumer motivations and how they impact brand – and life – choices.
Prior to joining Magid in 2018, Lauren spent 17 years with Behaviorally/PRS IN VIVO. She began her market research career at Lieberman Research Worldwide. She is a RIVA-trained moderator and longtime QRCA member. She currently serves on QRCA’s Professional Development Committee.
