Morgan Vickery

Product Researcher // Doctoral Student

WillowTree // Indiana University

Morgan is a Learning Sciences PhD student at Indiana University and a researcher for WillowTree where she helps design and develop mission-critical digital products for high-profile clients. Her backgrounds in Computer Science, Education, and UX enable her to bring an interdisciplinary perspective to her research which addresses the design of accessible, multimodal, and technology-facilitated learning environments in both formal and nontraditional educational contexts. She is also the co-founder, developer, and designer of LearnAbility: a site which accumulates and shares vetted free resources for teachers and educational designers.    Morgan’s efforts all work towards the mission to make education accessible to all and to take an activist approach to both education and UX research as she seeks to share knowledge with students, teachers, practitioners, and academics alike.
