Jenna McFarland

Jenna McFarland is a consumer and market researcher with 10 years experience on the client side. She practices quantitative and qualitative methodologies to uncover insights into the consumer, driving consumer focused innovation. As part of Jenna’s role at Barry Callebaut, the world’s leading manufacturer of chocolate and cocoa ingredients, she led the implementation of an in-house global consumer survey research program allowing the company to conduct their own proprietary consumer research. In 2020, Jenna was awarded the QRCA Young Professionals Grant.
