In this workshop led by special guest Amanda Baker of Collaborative Sage, participants will discover strengths and skills from all areas of their lives, recognize their transferability, and leave with clarity about how to connect their personal capabilities to professional confidence.
Amanda is a seasoned facilitator and coach, having served in the United States Peace Corps and delivering capacity-building workshops and coaching to community groups, leaders, and teams for over 15 years. She specializes in providing compassionate leadership development and coaching, inclusive people strategies, mentorship programs, empathetic meeting facilitation, and team-building workshops that bring ease to environments, ushering positive change.
Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA, a certificate of Human Resources Management from UC Davis, and certifications in facilitation of DiSC and MindGym psychometric and behavioral psychology techniques. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, a Jay Shetty Certified Coach, and a seasoned mentor serving on her local SHRM chapter’s Mentor Program committee.
