Andy Warr

After graduating from The University of Bath with a PhD in Computer Science, Andy became a User Researcher at Microsoft in the US, before becoming a Senior User Researcher at Google. After this stint, he landed at Instagram as Head of Research charged with responsibility for building the research team. After a short period where he ran his own company called Empathic Design, he joined Uber as a Design Research Director. Currently he is Head of Research at Airtable based in San Francisco.
