Russ Edwards, PhD, works in house as a CX Research Lead for Siemens Digital Industries Software. He previously worked on the agency side for RR Donnelley, so has a good perspective from both sides of the fence. He taught Cultural Anthropology at the University of South Florida. He has a BA in Business Administration, an MA in Anthropology and recently completed his Ph.D. in Applied Anthropology.
