With the spread of the COVID Omicron variant, the original dates for the 2022 QRCA Annual Conference in San Diego (January 19-21) are no longer feasible for an in-person event. While we can't predict how things will unfold, we feel this change had to be made for the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors and staff. By postponing to late springtime, our hope is that the current public health crisis will have improved, and we will be in a much better position to hold an in-person event safely with quallies across the globe.
The Virtual Summit on January 12-13 will proceed as planned, we hope you can join us to connect during these two days of great content and networking.
The details of rescheduling San Diego are still being finalized as we are working hard with our great partners and committee chairs to reschedule speakers and events. If you have already registered for the in-person event, please stay tuned for more information regarding refunds or moving your registration.
It’s been a challenging past 18+ months in every aspect of our lives. But we can be proud that we, as qualitative professionals, rose to the occasion, embracing new technologies and adapting methodologies and ways of working to adapt to our new reality. We’ve worked to educate our clients and teams on how we can still deeply explore ‘why’ and unearth meaningful human insights without being face-to-face.
As we emerge from this unprecedented time, it is an exciting time for qualitative professionals and students to REconnect and REenergize! At the first-ever, hybrid QRCA conference, we will have engaging educational content, with more focus on connections, interactive discussions, and conversations. Attendees will gain skills and inspiration to take their research to the next level.
The 2022 REimage REsearch hybrid event includes a Virtual Summit on January 12-13 and an in-person Conference in beautiful San Diego at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay from May 16-18, 2022. Each component will be a unique experience with its own content, featured speakers, and opportunities to connect. For those who are able, we encourage attendance at both event experiences. For those who are unable to attend in person, the majority of the content will be available after the conference on-demand via the Qualology Learning Hub.
Fully recognizing that every individual’s situation is in flux, QRCA’s goal is to make it easier for you to attend the QRCA Annual Conference in San Diego, California.
