Leadership Reboot: Be the Leader You Were Meant to Be

Over the past several months we've had to change how we operate in the world. Think of it as a gift...not only do we have an opportunity to "reboot" our lives, we can also renegotiate how we want to show up as leaders. But what makes a great leader, and what uniquely makes YOU a great leader? During this hands-on workshop, you will envision your highest self as a leader and begin crafting your leadership story.

• Explore different levels of leadership (Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading within an Organization) 
• Reflect upon your past, present and future leadership journey 
• Understand your unique strengths and available resources

• Identify potential blind spots that are holding you back 
• Prioritize your strategic goals and put a plan in place to pave the way for success
