Overview

The Blob Tree is a frequently used projective exercise in qualitative research. This is a great opportunity to learn all about using Blobs directly from the creator!

In this 90-minute session, Ian will be introducing a wide range of Blob visual tools which cover topics as diverse as transition, change, preference, feelings, loss, resilience, human rights, mental and emotional health. There are more than 4000 tools used globally by professionals, and Ian will talk through different methodologies that he has developed and seen used. These include simple visual scales, questioning, visual scenarios, stories, feelings cards, Level 5 communication, emotion and motion, as well as the well-known Blob Tree tools.

During the online presentation, Ian will provide opportunities for questions as well as participation. At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity to create a new Blob QR tool together.

Your fee for this training includes a licensed copy of the Blog Tree so you can start using it right away. If you already own a licensed copy, we will provide you with the Blob Bridge instead.  Contact information for this resource is provided on thi program once in your profile to request this item.

This is a virtual event, and all QRCA members are welcome!
