In life, hindsight is always 20/20. But let’s harness our collective ‘less than ideal’ experiences with projects and clients. Together we can convert them from lessons learned to lessons applied, setting ourselves and our clients up for future success.
During the 2 hour session, we will work in breakout groups to identify what went wrong in past projects and what we have done to learn from our missteps. We will use Miro to collect our collective wisdom. Then we will share in the larger group.
This session will not be recorded, but the Miro board will be shared with attendees following the meeting.
