Each 2-hour module will begin with a panel of qualitative practitioners — representing a range of business models and stages — followed by guidance from specialists in legal, finance, and operational best practices. Over a dozen professionals are scheduled to share their knowledge and experience throughout the course series.
Module 1: Setting Up for Success (April 13, 2026)
Foundations of qualitative business ownership, including legal registration, contracts, accounting setup, and navigating workflow highs and lows.
Module 2: Operating for Success (April 20, 2026)
Managing budgeting, scoping, invoicing, data security, and finances.
Module 3: Growing for Success (April 27, 2026)
Finding, managing and retaining clients, achieving balance, outsourcing and managing vendors, and optimizing productivity.
