Philadelphia Chapter - In-person Holiday Lunch and Learn

We hope you will set aside time to join us for our chapter’s first in-person event in 2 years. With the high vaccination rate in this area, we feel it is safe to hold this event in-person.

The LEARN: Imagine this situation. You’re moderating and…

• You suspect that your respondent is not who (s)he claims to be
• Your respondent is unwilling or unable to demonstrate any creativity in an exercise that requires it
• Your respondent breaks down and cries in a focus group
• You think that your respondent is driving during a virtual interview, and you feel that neither his/her participation nor the road is getting enough attention  

Sooner or later, moderators will face difficult situations. For those of you who’ve been moderating for longer, you likely have your own colorful stories to share. Let’s learn from each other by sharing “what would you do” in these tough situations that may occur when we least expect it, and what has/not worked for you. This will help us all be more prepared for the inevitable challenges we will face as we progress through our careers. This will involve small group discussion.

The REQUIREMENTS:

Proof of full COVID vaccination (i.e., 2 doses) OR negative test result from the past 72 hours ***NOTE: To gain entry, you must bring your completed COVID vaccination card (or a picture of it on your phone) OR proof of negative results form the past 72 hours.***
