MN Chapter members are invited to attend our annual winter party where we will attend a virtual hands-on cooking class together, and then socialize.
Let's beat the winter blues with the bright flavors of the North African cuisine! We will learn a quick and easy method to braise our food, create a flavorful meal for a weeknight, gain versatile skills, and learn about Middle Eastern cuisines. A shopping list will be sent to party attendees 3 weeks before the event.

Meet Our Cooking Instructor:
Zehorit was born in Israel to a Yemenite immigrant family. Growing up in multi-cultural Givat Olga, she experienced Israel’s rich ethnic diversity through food and celebration. Zehorit brings to the kitchen her Mediterranean roots, her passion for healthy and flavorful dishes, and her love of people and storytelling. Teaching in the Twin Cities for more than 20 years, she shares her appreciation for the way in which culture, geography, and history shape our food and the way we gather to eat it.
