With a background that includes roles at The Cambridge Group, Gemini Consulting, Accenture, Booz Allen & Hamilton, and Philips, Jo brings deep expertise to her work. She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Masters of Engineering from Bath University in the UK. Jo is also certified in Design Thinking for Innovation and is a Synectics-trained facilitator.
