His passion is finding opportunity and meaning at the front end of innovation through insight into user needs and motivations. Some of his past work has included development of the Honda Element SC and Acura ZDX concepts at Honda/Acura, the Color Collection of computer mice and accessories at Logitech, and the Windows 10 upgrade process user experience at Microsoft. He is also adjunct faculty for UX Research at Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington.
Jeff was in the top 12% of his MBA cohort at the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He has received training in qualitative research from the RIVA Training Institute.
