| Deborah Ferro Burke is a trusted advisor, consultant and coach to leaders and their enterprises. She has built and delivered leadership programs and qualitative organization assessments, and has facilitated high-stakes decision making at Fortune 50 companies, start-ups, not-for-profits and universities. As a corporate executive and organization development consultant, Debbie has worked in North America, Europe and South Africa. She has been associate professor of management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a mentor-instructor at MIT. Debbie is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Organization Development Network and FinTech Women. She has a BA from Smith College, an MBA from Columbia University, and a PhD from Fielding Graduate University. |
