Founder and President of Insights360, Alicia applies her doctoral training in sociology to creatively design and execute qualitative research. As a born educator and mentor, Alicia relishes her role as a research partner and cultural guide to her longtime clients. An ethnographer at heart, discerning the nuances of language or a lifted eyebrow brings her great satisfaction, especially in multicultural research. 

For almost 20 years,  Alicia has led the Insights360 team – a certified Minority-Owned and Women-Owned enterprise. Raised as a Chilean Latina in Minnesota, Alicia has a passion for languages and has studied seven. She enjoys participating in theater, cycling and adventure travel around the globe (where her languages come in handy!)
