Overview

QRCA Minnesota Chapter presents: “Power of QRCA Love: How to Create Productive Partnerships with Fellow Quallies and Vendor Partners”

Our first live and in-person event – 11 am – 1:30 pm Friday, October 21st at Fieldwork Minneapolis, 7650 Edinborough Way,  #700 c, Edina, Minnesota

What does it mean to truly partner? Are two heads better than one? What kinds of clarity do you need to make sure a partnership is productive? Together as a group, we’ll discuss quality partnerships and help one another outline how to create this productive and clear connection where everyone is happy. Our Minnesota chapter leaders, Kristine Remer, and Pam Goldfarb Liss will moderate this discussion as well as share some of their experiences on either side of the fence – Kristine who is currently client-side and Pam who is a 21-year veteran consultant. Come and celebrate QRCA love as we and other fellow QRCA members share both our success stories and some of our well-worn lessons. Come to join us for our first in-person event since 2019!!

Moderators of this discussion:

Loving the partnership of QRCA and incredible friends and colleagues, Pam Goldfarb Liss and Kristine Remer are proud co-chairs of the QRCA Minnesota chapter. Together, they will moderate a fun discussion with several QRCA guests from around the world (and right here in Minnesota) to talk about productive QRCA partnerships and how to create them.

Kristine Remer is a CCXP, researcher, and visual storyteller based in Minneapolis. She transforms organizations by helping them uncover meaningful insights about their customers—and then design world-class, differentiated customer experiences. Over the past 25 years, Kristine has partnered with leading organizations such as 3M, Best Buy, Home Depot, Mayo Clinic, and the Wall Street Journal. Kristine has an MBA and BA in journalism and art. In her free time, you can find her kayaking in northern Minnesota or on an outdoor adventure with her three boys and yellow Labrador, Basil.

Pam Goldfarb Liss has more than 30 years’ experience in moderating 1,000s of focus groups with subject matters varying from hamburgers to accounting software and windows to pet heartworm medication. Her 21-year-old consulting business – LitBrains-Igniting Ideas!, Inc. -- has enjoyed several successful partnerships with fellow QRCA members working on fun brands including Philips Avent, Best Buy, Cargill, General Mills, Hillshire Farms, Hyundai, McDonald’s, Pepsi, Pfizer and a large list of others. Pam has taught at RIVA Market Research Institute — another QRCA member -- for more than a decade. This year, she is starting a new endeavor – Mission Kid Possible – on her website www.litbrains.com to provide ongoing virtual workshops on moderating with kids and teens. Pam is a 20-plus year QRCA member. She is just finishing her four-year term as a member of the QRCA board of directors. Pam is excited to talk more about her QRCA love and how it has improved not just her business but empowered her with friendships and well — QRCA love - on a global level.
