Moderation best practices are important in any industry setting, but they are especially critical when conducting healthcare focused sessions. In the QRCA 2023 Conference session “Med-Focused Moderation,” we will discuss a variety of moderation best practices and the ways in which these approaches can lead to the most valuable interactions for participants and moderators, in the healthcare space and beyond.
