Learning to Listen: Turning Underrepresented Experiences into Business Insights


For too long, our insights and recommended next steps have ignored underrepresented groups, but we have the ability to change that! This session will challenge researchers to listen beyond what’s obvious and to search for the insight that will truly revolutionize next steps. As I learned more about systemic injustice, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and innovation, I partnered with colleagues at C Space to change the way we do research as an organization, and as an industry.
