MobiLAB™ UX is a high-definition user experience lab specially designed to support the interaction on any type of product including websites, mobile devices, pharmaceutical devices, interactive TV and software-related products. MobiLAB™ UX uses HD pan/tilt cameras along with digital screen capture software to provide clients with the ability to observe, evaluate and analyze user testing in order to understand the customer journey and uncover potential pitfalls.
