Qcast: Let's Cut the Judgment! Helping Client Teams Connect with Respondents
Original Program Date :
Judgment is the most critical obstacle to overcome when building empathy. We bring our own bias, stereotypes and experiences. And everyone else does too! This presentation will raise awareness of the challenges and offer solutions for fostering empathy and dismantling judgment among all members of the research team - from qualitative researchers to client observers and end clients - before, during, and after fielding, resulting in stronger connection to the insights and acceptance of the recommendations. Relevant whether you are an in-house member of the insights team or an external partner/supplier.
